You have TWO choices.
One is to take a plenty of tampons with you.
and
Two is see your Dr. I don't know when you're going on your vacation but......A few month before your trip Dr. ( with help of birth control)can move your period. Plus you won't bleed as much. I DID IT when I I went to Europe. I know how you feel coz on my first trip to Europe i didn't consult my Dr and i knew EVERY drug store every where i went. Good Luck! You're welcome!.

If you are on the combined pill, don't take your week's break. Its perfectly safe and you won't have a period.

If not, make an appointment with your GP, I believe there's something you can take to stop your period coming.

You can't. Stress may delay it. You knew this was coming, why didn't you schedule vacation around this?

you can't stop it.... you can take birth control pills to prevent it... all you do is skip the green pills and take the regular ones.. the green pills are just reminder pills (sugar pills). if your not on bc sorry bout your luck..
