With the uncertainties of today, I'm leaning towards taking the cash and what doesn't end up in some Swiss bank account will be squirreled away in several hundred jumbo certificates of deposit and hope that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) stays solvent for a few more years. With the interest, I could live comfortably, travel, write those books I've always dreamed up. There are also plenty of places where there are peole in need, and while I'm no superman, it would be a lot of fun to show up with a check when the help is needed.

great question
i would love to be able to walk up to a homeless man and say, come on mate, lets go get some seafood at that fancy restaurant and have a chat.
at least 70 million would go towards charitable things
get myself a house, nothing flashy but something i can call my own. stop working and start doing what i want with my life, not what others want me to do. give some to my family, to make sure they dont end up homeless.
generally make people's worries disappear for a while.
by the way thats a huge amount. being from australia we have $AU 30million jackpots about four times a year the rest of the time its about 2 0r 3 million
would definitely start up a business and make sure that the employees are contributing ideas to make the business better and making sure they get substantial pay packages. its disgraceful what the lower class are getting at restaurants and the like.

I would buy a house, a car, pay off debt, build centers for kids in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and other not so good neighborhoods and keep it open late so kids can feel safe and get help with homework and anything else.
I would only hire the best people to work with the kids and of course I will spend most of my time there. Kids are the future and people don't seem to care enough about them.
Why are alot of these kids out in the street shooting people, and selling drugs? Where are their parents? Ugh this makes me sick! Don't have kids if you can't take care of them properly.
I would also give to charity- AIDS, cancer centers, diabetes research, and healthcare costs for people who really need it.

Buy a house for my kids and married Grand kids, set up a college fund for those's who wanted it, donate money to a homeless shelter. Bank whats left for my kids to take care of things when I'm gone and then they can split the rest. There's not a thing I need.

give some to my University especially to its athletic programs, some to charity, buy some nice things for myself and family and put the rest (the majority) of it in the bank and other low risk investments.
