I know I've seen it before but I cannot remember where. Can anyone who reads help me please?

The original quote, "Abashed the Devil stood, And felt how awful goodness is, and saw Virtue in her own shape how lovely; saw And pined his loss" is from John Milton's epic poem 'Paradise Lost', bk. IV, l. 846.

Of course, it's also quoted in the film, 'The Crow', in the scene when Shelley is raped and murdered.

it was quoted it the movie the crow, but i am unfamiliar with it as a literary quote
