Just one sentence in Fun with Dick and Jane.

The INS people told Dick: You gotta work on your accent, Pablo.
I don't what does the word Pablo mean?

That means he (Dick) is Spanish. Because he got jabbed in the cheek, he can't speak straight. So, when the INS caught him, he talks like Spanish (because of the jab) and he calls him Pablo ( a common Spanish name).

Either that or, the dude who stole Dick's wallet swapped it with his.

Pablo is a name. I'm surprised that they didn't use Jose because it's a common name in spanish, so when you want to be demeaning to someone of latino decent it's common to call them jose.

its just a name, they were using it to steroetype all mexicans as being named pablo or something of the sort
