Bike trails, great beaches (Gay Head beach is nude), great restaurants, sailing, shopping, siteseeing, etc.

make sure you go on the carousel in Oak Bluffs - I miss MV - we used to go there every year.
The best thing to do is rent mopeds and travel around the island visiting the different places. Lots of sightseeing.
