You think , that there is a society that has anarchy as its way of living, no there is no such thing. If rule of law is gone , the institutions needed for everyday life like medical, educational .. , are being disintegrated also, an civilization as known disapears.
Anarchy is a end of society , if it surfaces like some global phenomenon and involves entire regions ,then we will have few centurys of same conditions as in the middle ages.
Those regions that have saved knowledge and technology, and made some kind of law ruled oasis, will have a better chance when a new renesaince comes.

True anarchy could never 'plague the world' - it comes as a result of rebelling out of conformity. It would always be in balance!
However, though the result of a major catastrophe or apocalyptic event - it would be possible.....it would be more a state of panic than anarchy though....
Cool question!

Change may come but anarchy is an anti-social aim idealised by losers, the ill-informed or very stupid. If there is something in society that should be changed people have the opportunity to change it, unfortunately most wannabe anarchists are too lazy or too brainless to really encourage any useful debate or action, they claim the system is designed against them,it isn't, the system is designed to appeal to the individual needs of the majority of people.

I think it's already here in some parts of the world.
Will it spread, unfortunately it's not likely to be honest.
People don't have the passion to raise hell anymore.
Then again if I had my way Anarchy would reign supreme

I don't know about 'plague' but I think it would be fun to give it a try! Beats conventional government in any case.

Huh?
Its all around you!
It may never leave
Its not just Iraq but LA
When people speak of haves and have nots, I see it as those who live within the law and those who live outside the law
Example, drug dealing
