Go round there and smash them both in the face, then take their stereo and wee on it (make sure the thing isn't plugged in as this will give you a shock).
As you leave, smash them both in the face again and warn them that if they continue to disturb you there is a hole bunch of slaps waiting for them.

Just be polite and remind them that sorry means that you won't do it again. If that doesn't work get hold of the police!

BE FRIENDLY, ITS BAD,BUT YOU CAN HELP THEM IF THEY ALLOW YOU. TALK TO THE WOMAN PRIVATELY AND GIVE SOUND COUNSEL. DONT TRY TO BLAME IT ON ANY OF THEM FOR THEIR FREEQUENT FIGHTINGS, THEY NEED HELP. YOU CAN BE THE ONE TO HELP THEM.
