I have, and it was amazing. Absolutely one of the very best things I've ever done in my life. I did a static-line jump from 3500 feet -- that's when one end of a steel cable is attached to the plane, and the other end is attached to your parachute. When you jump, the cable is pulled tight and yanks your parachute for you as it releases. I had a walkie-talkie strapped to my chest, and they talked me through the landing. Seriously, it was fun beyond all description.
I also know a lot of people who have done tandem jumps, which is where you have a professional sky diver strapped to your back. The disadvantage is that you have a person strapped to your back, obviously. But the advantage is that since you're with a professional who knows what he/she is doing, you can jump from a much higher altitude, and thus experience a longer free-fall.
Either way you choose, I say go for it. It will be one of the most exhilarating experiences fo your entire life. :D

It is the biggest rush I have ever felt. Once the chute opens your floating, and it appears as if the earth is coming to you, not you falling to the earth. HALO (high altitude low opening) on the other hand is crazy, it's wild to fall 6 or 7 thousand feet, then pull the rip cord and it feels like your being pushed back upward by the winds momentarily.
I would highly suggest it if you get the chance, even if it's a tandem jump.

No I can't even drive over one of those high bridges that goes over water.
I would most likely pass out before I jumped.
