The Hindu marriage was performed in Hyderabad, India. The harassment was started in India at the time of marriage, continued in USA and in India further. The police complaint was lodged in India by the wife against the husband and his parents under 498-A. The parents are in India. The husband is delaying to appear before the court. He is not revealing his salary [income] details to the law court too. What is the way out to procure his salary details to enable the wife to claim the permanent alimony?

get a male friend /relative to ring his bank with all his personal details and ask for a bank statement to be sent to an address he is (suposedly) staying at (your address) and you will have his bank balance at least to show your lawyer. ask your lawyer to hurry the case along , meantime i assume you have left him, otherwise he will become very violent if he knows where you are after getting his bank details .do not go back to him , it does not get any better it only gets worse .
