This is as follows. If at the moment of pass (exactly at the moment !!) the player (who recieves the ball) has no players of the opposite team between him and the goalkeeper , he's in offside positon

yes! "if when the ball is played the receiving player is ahead of the second last defender, he is off-side." the goalkeeper counts as a defender when judgeing but he doesn't have to be in the equation for the off to be called. That is he may have come out for the ball and missed, in which case the rule applies to the last two. With this in mind the first sentence is all you need to know!!!

If a player is in his opponants half and has less than 2 opposing players between himself and the goal line at any time, he is offside.
Being offside is not an offense in itself, however, if when the ball is played forward and he becomes an active player (i.e. he touches the ball or otherwise has a part in the play) he is in an offside position, this is an offense.

A player is offside when they are behind ALL the defenders of the opposition team ie: only the keeper to beat when the pass comes in.
If a player recieves a pass and then breaks through the defence this is not offside as he was in front of the defence, not behind them.

The attacking team can not be in front of the ball if he is past the last defender. That is the offside rule. (Soccer)

Offsides in when the defensive player is on the offensive side of the ball when the ball is snapped, encroachment is WHEN the defensive player touches and offensive player before the ball is snapped. When the offensive side jumps it is called FALSE START.
