You don't just get a wife. You need to spend time with women until you find the right one for starters. Unless of course you have been lucky enough to find your soul mate. Every woman is different. You have to ask yourself what you want from the woman you intend to marry, if her religion differs in a way that you or your family wont understand, there are a number of things you have to consider before you even think of getting married. Once you have decided what you expect to receive from a good woman only then you will find one and if not then u be patient "all good things come to those who wait "

Go outside to places people hang out and be yourself. Talk to a woman politely and if you have similar interest ask her out on a date. Date for a while and if it seems right ask her to marry you. Remember marriage is a partnership you should treat her as your equal and always treat her with the dignity and respect she deserves.

Well myself I am engaged we talked about it for a long time. It was a surprise when he asked but it wasent. I'm assuming you have a girlfriend. Someday bring the subject up and go from there.
And if you dont have a girlfriend and are just asking then it was a really stupid question to ask.

first hang out in a group of friends that way you can get to know someone without akwardness. You want your wife to be your friend first anyway.

You really can't control having someone fall in love with you. First get everything in your life in order, so that if you fall in love you'll be the best person you can for them. If you want to meet people, try volunteering for something like Habitat for Humanity.
