Dandruff is generally a result of fungi in the scalp, and is treated with anti-fungal compunds(like zinc pyrithione)Look for it on the label, and purchase the product that has the highest concentration of the active ingredient at the best price.

Head and shoulders "Intesive Therapy" It's in a dark blue bottle and is orange in color. I used it on my baby for cradle cap, my doctor recomended it. It worked in two days! Just let it soak in for about 10 mintues b4 you rinse( yeah it's a long time, imagine making a baby keep it on that long, if she can do it you can too!) and rinse and reapet(but not another ten minuites, just about 1 or 2)

A shampoo with zinc oxide in it. Tar and sulphur shampoos stink.
Some companies with good shampoos are Matrix, AG, Redken. They are a little expensive but you use less. They are not watered down like Headn' Shoulders.

take 2-3 disprins or asprin n dissolve it in water n wash ur hair with tht..believe me ur dandruff will go away in 15-30 days..

use speaciel shapoo and conditoners to get rid of it.Wash it 2 times a day.

selsun blue is a shampoo that comes around for six dollars.i think it works.
