Haha, anyway, I think in the case of Brigitte Bardot, she totally neglected her personal appearance after her golden years. I'd say to keep up good exercise, healthy diet, and staying out of the sun. If you're not willing to make an entire lifestyle change, invest in a good anti-aging serum (dr. brandt and freeze 24/7 are two very reputable and effective brands). While they may be a bit pricey, you'll thank yourself later.

If I can find the first I will answer it,I think Bridget Bardot is sexier and prettier than any of these models today!O.K I found it,I guess you could say she looks terrible but the woman is near 70 years old,and unfortunatly our generation[I am 47] and hers taught us being tan was pretty and healthy so I would say that took its damage on her,I learned early enough that I look great for my age.I do not smoke or drink or tan.

The best way is minimize your time in the sun; it does real skin damage, whether or not you can see it.

It's genetics my dear... My 80+ grandmother still has men making passes at her, of course they are OLD men, but still. She looks Fabulous and I'm praying I will look as nice as her when I get older!
