My favorite have been yellow since I was 10 years old. That's what covered my grandmother's casket when she was buried. I was told then that they meant goodbye, but I have since learned that yellow is friendship. Either way, they were fitting for the occasion. She was going on and when she was alive, she was friendly to everyone, even people she didn't care for. I don't remember even seeing her get mad at anyone for any reason, even if one of us (grand kids) broke or spilled something. It didn't matter to her. All she'd cared about was that everyone was happy and had a good time and got whatever they needed. There's not a bad thing anyone could say about her.
I found a list of what each color means:
Red Love, Passion, Respect, Courage
White Innocence, Purity, Secrecy
Yellow Joy, Friendship
Coral Desire
Light Pink Grace, Gladness, Joy
Dark Pink Thankfulness
Lavender Love At First Sight, Enchantment
Orange Fascination

in order from good to better to best: lavender for enchantment, pink for joy, yellow for friendship, white for purity, but red for love (i gues passion too) first and foremost.
