India is a country with many different languages, religions, ethnicities and the country has not been able to meet the expectations of all. this is coupled with corruption and nepotism and many people feel that they will never get a straignt deal in their life- especially if they are minorities of some kind. so they turn to arms and as more people join and the group gets organized, terrorism in a structured form begins. of course many people fish in these troubled waters - be it foreign countries or underworld gangs. This involvement makes it even more difficult to deal with terrorism
