Come on! Isn't there enough EVIDENCE OTHERWISE (!!!!) to prove he's SICK!?!?!? Get past this! They were twin BABIES and they were girl babies, so they are ladies and babies at the same time and plus, Mom's just paying for gas and buying some Lemonheads, she's comin right back...its not like she's shopping in Bergdorf's and neglecting the babies. He is just saying that he's hot. And he's using rhymes to convey this.
Even though he's saying "hotter than a pair of twin babies", it has nothing to do with the babies.
You know how when you get into a car in the summer time and it's hot? Well, he's saying he's hot like that.

I think you're right. I think if he intended to describe hot women he would have said "pair of twin babes" rather than "a pair of twin babies." but that's just my opinion.
