Dr No. in 1962. The David Niven version of Casino Royale was not made until 67.
However, there was a radio play of Casino Royale at some point in the 50's with Bob Holness (as in Blockbusters presenter) as James Bond.

Dr. No, Casino Royale was the first novel that the original Sean Connery had an option on. The first Royale film sucked big time.

"Dr. No", 1962 portrayed by Sean Connery was based on the Ian Fleming novel of the same name. His love interest was portrayed by Ursula Andress, who was married to John Derek. If you look at pics of Ursula from the film and pics of Bo Derek, John Derek's current wife, you will see he just traded in poor Ursula for a younger version of herself.
Another tidbit is that the bikini that Halle Berry wore with the white belt in "Die Another Day" is a knockoff of Ursula's original suit in the original film.
