Many people plan their families according to their desires. Some prefer several years between children, others want them in consecutive years. Some want only a specific number and the most intelligent only have as many as they can afford.

well for one they provide condoms.and birth control for under age girls and do not tell there parents.. if they were not around where would the smart kids go to be protected. and they offer free std screening and treatment. if they did not do that. people who have std's and can not afford a doctor will just let it go and passably spread it around to everyone! so when they go and get taken care of that's less std's around and less pregnancy for teen girls.
i do not know what i would have done when i was a kid if family planning was not around.. i would probably have kids running around and god only knows what std's if it was not for there condoms and counseling about std's

because this is the most cost effective means of reducing birth rate.Also ,this is permanent method so that you need not worry about pregnancy at any point of time.
