Sigi is normally short for Sigmund but in this case is probably a play on words to do with what your Bad Taste Bear is actually doing i.e. the Darth Vader one holding a luminous vibrator rather than a light-sabre is called "Dark Vibe"!!

Vorsicht = Caution

Inhalt kann provozieren = does mean "contents may provoke" but more in a sexual sense, like provocotive

Let me know which bear it is and I'll see what I can do about the name!!

Sigi is the abbreviation of Sigurd, or Sigismund, or any such type of German names.
The text on the box says:
Caution - Contents may be challenging (or shocking).
What they mean by that, search me ... , but it must have something to do with the fact that it is called a "bad taste bear"!

i looked it up on world.altavista.com and sigi and vorsicht didn't translate, but inhalt kann provozieren translated to "contents can provoke."
