Sounds good, but have you ever been in a situation where you 'see red' or you feel hot and prickly at the back of your neck? Could be that you are a master of self control, which is laudable. However, it is often the case with people who are always calm and self-controlled that when they do 'lose it', they do so big time! Be aware that everyone has their limit of self-control (unless you area Vulcan that is) and one day they will experience a situation or feeling where their emotions over-rule everything. It would seem that you have not come across such a trigger event, as yet.

Well as far as I want to say that depends on a number of factors.

If you have asked the question that means that you are getting affected by it - might be the compliments that you are receiving or the testing of your temper that you have to undergo often.
The anger is a good outlet for frustration and things that tend to disturb you . It is in a way that makes you appear alive when you don't want to get the things their way with you. It is essential in such conditions and it's dormancy will only drain the person and that will be visible with time.
If the testing situations are not there and it's just positive compliments then that makes you perfectly normal as when there is nothing that annoys you then why should you get angry. Being in control is a novelty in itself but up to a limit at times people with these ability get so intensely attached to it that they are not able to break apart from it at the time of need and then they with time break themselves . That's not good at all.
Limit should be there but to a limit as temper should be there but there should not be rage-that's uncontrolled.

You never get angry or upset? Everything in your world is ok to you? Nobody has ever done you an injustice or hurt? Wow/ You must live in a "bubble"! Either you internalize everything or you have very, very special "coping skills"...maybe you should write a book on how to never lose your temper. If someone harmed a member of your family or someone you loved......it would not make you "POP", as you say? Hate to say it but if it did not.... you sound like you are in an "emotional coma"........

Nothings wrong with never losing your temper, actually its quite a turn on to those that likes to put up a battle because once they get you to that point they might do ANYTHING to get you calm again. However, it may be bad because that 1 moment that you do lose your temper....haha all hell might break loose. But until then just enjoy this gift while you still have it.

That is a very noble thing. Just keep being yourself. Anger is never healthy, but proper release of emotions is healthy. Make sure you vent your frustrations or irritability somewhere and in some form if you ever have it. Don't hold it in. BUT, you sound kind of like me in the fact that you don't really loose your cool and get mad at others very often..
There is nothing wrong with that. People will notice that and respect and appreciate it.
God Bless you,

its very bad, it means that you hold a lot of things in.. This can cause stress which could lead to a lot of problems. Plus one day you may vent all of that anger on the wrong person and hurt some one you really care about. So yell and and get it all out you'll feel alot better about the world...

Depends on how you channel out your anger, frustration... loosing ones temper is a good way of realizing sometimes..

If you scheme to cause harm instead of losing your temper... That would be really bad

Everyone has lost their temper at some time or another, anyone who says they haven't to me are liars. It's like being married and never having an arguement, it just doesn't happen.
