1. Many children can start to finger feed soft food cut in small pieces by 10 months.
2. My own children nursed for 6 months and had formula for 6.
3. Cheerios is a popular first food for self feeding.
4. Solids should start being introduced between 4 and 6 months. No sooner. Starting with rice cereal, adding veggies, then fruit, then meats.
5. My children walked at 9 1/2 and 11 1/2 months. A little early.

1. By 8 months, my youngest of 4 would absolutely insisted on self feeding entirely.
2. Breastfed until 8 months at which time insisted on a sippy cup.
3. Cherrios
4. Cereal at 4 months, veggies and fruits at 5-6 months.
5. Walking - 11 months. Talking - around 1 year.

My son is still drink his milk in his bottle but does on his own.
He has been bottle fed from 1 week old.
Gerber finger food was his first self feeding food.
Began at 6 months to have solid food.
Took his first step at 7.5 months and walked at 10 months.

hi..
1. my baby statred self feeling at the age of 9 months
2. she was bottle fed due to some problems
3. she first self fed boiled carrots and boiled peas
4. introduced solids at 6 months
5. walked at 13 months and said her first words at 7 months but started saying recognisable words (besides mumma daddy etc) after 1 year

hi my daughter was 1 year exactlly for walking 8 months for non messy feedings and solids did nurse no pacifier and minimal bottle feedings... talked early too. my son 2 for talking a good 1 for walking and demanded plenty of food always used hands to feed to still does.hehe also my daughter was a 2 handed eater

2 of my nephew's were 2 even as they could use a spoon and a fork. my one nephew 2 a million/2 is particular needs and only makes use of spoon 50% of the time by technique of himself. I watch yet another 2 a million/2 365 days previous and he has been self feeding considering he became a million a million/2. I actual have a 14 month previous nephew who cant use a spoon or a fork yet he eats by technique of himself.
