Best to keep it elevated as much as possible to reduce swelling, try not to use it if possible and just let it rest, Also you can try an icepack, but only for about 10 to 20 minutes at a time and then remove the icepack for at least 1 hour before reapplying. Maybe some Tylenol or Advil will also help to reduce the pain. If you can and want you can also get a splint or some ace bandage from the pharmacy and use it to further protect the wrist and help to prevent unnecessary movement of the joint. Should hurt for some time as those types of injury's take time to heal. And finally if you feel really uncomfortable and you can afford it see a doctor.

In hot water put some salt and keep your hands About 10/15 minuets,when you take them out dry with towel and keep them warm ,later use some cram to keep them soft ,hope it will help you.
