Only if the parents consider their child to be a dress up doll. There's no harm, but why do it?

Why would you want to paint a baby's toenails at one month? All you're going to do is put socks on over it.

No. No baby should have their toenails painted. Babies like to suck on their toes and could end up swallowing the toenail polish.

I wouldn't expose a newborn to the toxic smells of nail polish. Microscopic amounts of the polish would be absorbed before it dries.
With babies, when in doubt, stay safe.
What if she sucks on her toes?
i say skip it until a year or so.

One month old baby....why????? what's the point.. it's a brand new baby just beginning his life.. Let that baby decide for itself when it's old enough if he wants nail polish. For now just nurture him and give him what he really need! Sick....

Yes, it's really sweet. Also, do the fingernails all different colours and I like to put a little strawberry lipgloss on my bubbi.

I would say no. Even though a one month old may not be able, babies stick their feet, and everything else, in their mouths.

Yeah. It's cute. It falls under, whether or not a child that young should have her ears peirced. It's up to you. Who cares what everyone else thinks.

lol. I guess, but watch out when she gets old enough to put her foot in her mouth.. around 4 or 5 months.
