if i know only my e mail id there is no other thing i knos so how can i get my password

Usually when you were setting up your password you would have been asked some security questions or questions to remember.
In a situation as you find yourself at present, you can click on a link to indicate that you have forgotten your password. The network would then check your identity by asking the questions mentioned above. If you answer them correctly, they would either send you an email to remind you of your password or allow you to set up a new password.
The advice then is to get on the website where you are having problems and click on the appropriate link

Normally when you set up an email account, you give it other information such as an alternate email address or answer at security question. Look on the log in page of the email for a "Forgot Password" (or similar wording) link. That will take you to where you can get the password back.

Do you yahoo? You better try to get a contact phone number and see if you can get them to retrieve your password for you. Most login pages have a link to retrieve your password. Of course they e-mail it to you and if you don't know the password you might not be able to open your e-mail. Catch 22.

You just have to create another email account if there's no way to retrieve your password. Most websites have "forgot password" tool to help you get your password, but I don't know which one you're referring to.
