if thats true, than i am guilty because my mother in law is ridiculas and the only way to get her to back the hell off is to give it to her right back.my mother is not like that at all.EVERYONE deserves respect,but you got to give it to get it.

Yes very much...not entirely the same but equally disgrateful and shameful...its the mother who carries the child for 9 months in her belly and bears all the pain...therefore no stronger relationship exists on the planet thana that of mom n child....there exists a very natural love and repect betwen the two...therefore its disrespectful to call names to other moms as well

Being disrespectful to anyone shows your lack of respect for yourself. Being disrespectful to another's mother is definitely just as bad as to your mother. It is a very shameful and hurtful thing to disrespectful.

Why would you want to be disrespectful to other people's moms? If it's a friends mom, you are also being disrespectful to that friend. You see what I mean?

Maybe it's just an accurate reflection of the refinement and upbringing of the person who makes the disrespectful reference, and when though of on a larger scale - a worldwide scale - maybe a reason or contributing reason, why wars or threats of wars are so common.

My mother always said to me, "you can tell how a man will treat you by the way he treats his mother," I guess this would apply to all the women he comes in contact with. If he is respectful to his mother, chances are he will treat other women with the same respect, because that's what he was taught by his mother.
