He doesn't want to leave her wife as well what should he do?Her parents doesn't understand the exact situation as explain the things in different way .How should he save his family kids and parents ?

FIRST of all who told u that she is a pscho.I hopethe husband and his parents are not the cause for her problem.And if she genuinely has a problem then he shd seek medical help and extend all his support to her after all she is the mother of his children A MAN NEEDS TO KNOW HOW TO DELICATELY BALANCE BETWEEN HIS WIFE AND PARENTS

he needs to find out what made her that way alot has to do with her happness and if he cant make her happy he needs to take the kids and make sure there happy along with himself all that can come out of it is hurt to the kids he need to think whats best for them she will always be there mother and always be in there life wether there togater or not

"For better or for worse", I am affraid you are tasting the worse at this time. Your wife needs you to stand strong by her side. This however does not mean that she has to residing in your house with the children if she is anyway harmful or potentially harmful to them or anyone else..but you need to try to help her.

get the wife into therapy, get family therapy if you have to. Tell your parents you can't just give up you have to exhaust all avenues first

vehicular manslaughter.
