yeah i know how it feels! i am from UAE and that too i am not acustomed to this weather.I am from Kerala in India where the climate is always moderate and is known for its monsoons and greenery and now this is my first summer in UAE and its ooooooh reaaly hot.So i just keep out of it.I stay inside during the daay time and only go out in the evenings.U knw what the temp is.It reached 47 and now is 36 or something....oohhhhhhhh! my god!

by plopping my butt on this computer and having the air conditiner running from sun up to sun down cause my little house gets hot. drinking lots of fluid helps me too.
