Run the software that comes with the new router and set it up as if you never had a network before. Then go to each computer and run the network setup wizard to attach them to the new network.

The only place you might have trouble is if you "hard coded" the the IP addresses for the old router into the PCs. You would need to switch them back to "Obtain IP automatically".

If you set up the dlink b network, setting up the g network should not be any harder.
