i guess IS very much refers to the current indian team...and i doubt that kapil dev is no more a part of the current indian team...anyways i strongly believe india are yet to find a complete genuine all rounder...may be sachin is bettter in ODIs...india sstill doesnt have all roundrs like flintoff polock kallis cairns razzaq or malik

Kapil was the best all rounder. the current team does not have any definite all rounder, u could call yuvi an emerging all rounder, but not as great as kapil.
