If he does beat Mark Henry it wont be til 2007 Henry is out 8 months due to an injury he suffered on SNME Batista will now face Mr. Kennedy at the Bash.

Mark Henry tore his patella tendon and broke his kneecap in half on Saturday Nights Main Event, and had surgery with Dr. James Andrews earlier this week. He is out for at least 8 months. Too bad because this was the biggest push he has received, and his contract expires at the end of July.

Nope cos mark henry broke his knee in two. I am not sure if that is a storyline. But if he does come back, Batista should be able to win.
