I think I need some kind of "chill" pill. I can't stand toi be in a room that has a lot of noise ( kids screaming, people yelling, etc..) I am also always on my kids case about something. The littlest things set me off all the time. I hate being this way is there any thing anyone suggests?

I think your daily, weekly, monthly & yearly routine is monotonous.
If I am not wrong, you are doing same things again and again from years passed. & there is nothing new in your life.

You better take a break now. Get out yourself from your thinking. Try to change things around you. We are not Super heroes, but we can certainly change some of them. See, there are many little things, many ignorable events that you have missed, which might have made you happy or changed your thinking. So be on them. Try to obtain them.

In short change your mindset. Be positive And keep always in your mind that nobody remains always happy. So Try to look for those small, tiny, little events and you w'll remember me

Be an OVERCOMER!

So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. Zechariah 4:6

Dude, check out your doctor, and talk about anxiety/depression medication. I hated crowds and loud noise as well...

You'll probably need therapy as well...

well, hun back off of your kids. for one thing, my father used to do the same to me and my brother and eventually he turned his back on us because he couldnt stand children. every little noise and crunch of a chip would send him flying through the roof. just settle down and relax. your too high strung. sit down in the floor and play with your children and just keep in mind that every day with your children is precious. sometimes my son aggravates me too, but just grit and bare it, cause you may not have a chance tomorrow. children are a joy to have, and always keep that in mind. and i agree with you about the yelling...i dont like to listen to that too but sounds like you have a "tuning out" issue. you need to learn how to tune things out. start by listening to a cd player with headphones at night, while trying to read a book. if you can tune that out and concentrate on the book then you are able to tune out just about anything. just keep in mind that children are children and they dont know how they are making you feel. but dont start to reject them for their wild behavior, take advantage of it, go outside and play with them, wear them down and enjoy them more when they are exhausted from the playtime.

Sounds to me like your nerves are really bad. You may need some time to yourself.
