If a Steamroller was coming down the street and was heading towards a Petri Dish that has 500,000 stem cell on it and a baby 2 ½ years old who would you save?

uhm the baby? I don't consider a petri dish full of oooze to be a who, more of a what, but steamrollers go pretty slowly and I am quite confident that I could grab both, but I probably wouldn't even notice the petri dish anyways

The baby of course because it is a living and cognitive life. Stem cells can help cure so many diseases and we as the human race need that.
