Britt your 512ram is not compatible with on-board-graphic-card mate. Try replacing that 64 and c am I right or wrong.

I would advise you to get a new computer but only if you can afford dear friend. Do not buy it in haste buy it when you can. Good Luck Britt

put your 64 back and check (in the web or product guide) if your system is compatible with the 512 most of the old pc's can only accomodate 128. i'm afraid you'll have to bring back that 512 for a 128

In my opinion,I think the most reason is the RAM is neccesary can't support your graphic card or your RAM can't support in some specific hardware.
