If you are wronged it can take quite some times depending on the attitude who wronged you and also your capability of forgiving and forgeting
But if you have wronged yourself or cought up in an habbit which is proving difficult to override by yourself -then better seek a medical and spiritual help before your condition becomes a stress and then a depression act now today
