I have noticed a lot more people care about the careers more than falling in love now, what do you think?

I think younger people do care about their careers because they seem to have got that you need to set yourself up early so you can enjoy life and enjoy your success. With expectations of marriage and children moved back to your late 20s and 30s, folk feel there's plenty of time to get round to all that later. And why not. It's a great time to be able to throw yourself into the dizzy heights of total selfish living before a partner compromises your choices. But that's not to say people care less about finding love. In all instances love will find you if it's meant to be and if it's something that is important to you you will rightly put the required effort in to find it. And you can't regret choices you have made about love in the past. So no, I don't agree that folk choose career over love....I think changing times allow for changing life patterns.

I agree. Unfortunately so much more emphasis is placed on money, social status and position than the individual happiness, love and service to others. Hopefully this will reverse in short order.

yes thats true i think people r just getting wise but missing their feelings. i too am a career oriented person becuz u never know when ur lover is going to ditch u.

career as we do hard work from our chilhood to make our future bright & our career. but by falling in love we miss our goal.
and other hand love is must in our life as we can't live without love like we can't live without air.

I care more about my career because that is my livelyhood and I love my job. Lovers come and go.

look........i don't know much about love...but by seeing the situation around me i would suggest u to opt for career first,coz love is forever but once if the time of making a career is gone..........then its dame difficult to digest!!!!!
