Grave of fireflies is the most upsetting film I know of. It's a 1988 japanese animation about the bombing of japan by the americans in retaliation to Pearl Harbour. It's seen through the eyes of a orphaned boy who has to look after his younger sister.

The funniest film I know is probably Freddy Got Fingered with Tom Green, if only for the sketch below.

Made my heart cry, not too sure what you mean by this, but I must admit i found Finding Neverland to be an incredible film in the sense of mixed emotions.
Sorry, couldn't find a good clip on youtube.

I don’t have a favorite movie but “The Princess Bride” is a good one. "The Lion King” is a good one too. The Lion king 2 is LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME! Oh, and I don’t know how my heart can cry from a movie, my heart has things to do, it can’t stop and see a film, it’s too busy.
There’s also that religious chick flick movie. Remember??? The one where she wants a tattoo, then she maries that on guy, but then she dies, but they all knew she would end up dying, but he married her anyway. She was all like “[You need to promise that you won’t fall in live with me]”

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon! It only has one of the above: it made my heart cry. Plus the effects you know; it literally breaks the law of gravity.
I also like Before Sunset and Before Sunrise. You better watch it so that you can appreciate it.
