It all depends on the lighting and the background.
Black would be hard to see at night but very visible on broad daylight.
Green would be easy to see if in winter, but try in a forest wearing green.

I would have to pick O.D as i don't know what color that is. So i would have a hard time seeing it since i don't know what i am looking for.

in the color circle u have i think 12 colors if u pic one the the next color and the preveous will not be easy to see if ine of them was a back ground
but if u picked one then the opposite color will be the easiest one to see
thats why blue and grean together are difficult to see
but black and white are easy

Black is not a color so it must be the green.

green because in dark or in low light its difficult green seems to be black
