The standard of living is with the highest in the world - I don't know what you would compare it with.

Prices are very high as well - similar level as in London, Oslo or Tokio.

Any kind of racism is forbidden, and there are very few attacks due to racism. But you have to be aware, that many criminals are either black or from (South) Eastern European countries - so if you are male and look alike, you will be controlled by the police more strictly. And you won't find friends easily within the Swiss population.

For Asians, there are less issues, in general.

The standard (and generally the cost as well) of living in Switzerland is very high.

On the whole the Swiss are a very pleasant and tolerant people although they're not keen on too much immigration into their country and there may be a few die-hard right-wing types who are racist (but you get them anywhere!).
