If you're not intending on distributing the DVD widely (i.e., no more than a few copies for family or friends) and so long as you are not selling the DVDs for profit, then using any music should be okay.

Nobody's going to find out, are they?

If you are too concerned about copyright, then either seek permission of the copyright holder, or create the music yourself.
