Vampires are not living beings; the blood they consume feeds the evil spirit which inhabits the dead body animates. Hair and nails stop growing at the point of death (despite urban legends to the contrary; hair and nails only appear to grow after death because the corpse is drying up and so skin becomes thinner and recedes) and so a vampire need only shave once, if at all.

Using a highly polished Metal surface as a mirror. Since silver well in some stories silver isn't great for them, and since they can't see into a mirror metal should work if it's polished pretty well.
Plus not to mention they have quick healing abilities even if they did cut themselves.
And there's the fact that they exist only in books and movies and legends.

Vampires shave, they have to look good. And when shaving you don’t really need a mirror, your fingers do the feeling, touching and looking for you. And vampires are not dead people. Only different because of the vamp gene in them that make them hunger for red liquid.

Why would they shave the hair would grow back immediately!
Once made that's the image you keep forever - if they wanted to keep the clean cut look - they would have to have it before they were turned into a Vampire!

They shave very carefully if at all. Of course once you die your cells stop dying hence your hair stops growing as so does your nails. Speaking of nails do you think it would be a good idea to nail a vampirescoffin shut?

As vampires in the same state they were in when first bitten, ie. hair grows back to its original length when cut, you'd have to make sure you were relatively clean shaven before being bitten, otherwise you'd end up with eternal stubble.

the idea is: a vampires are kind of DEAD, so mostly everything in their body stops functioning, including their hair folicles. They drink blood to keep some things, like their brain and muscles, working. but mostly everything just STOPS.

vampires hill in a matter of minutes or seconds depending on the severity of the wound. they could also have a servant do it. mind control comes in handy when your of the undead. if he can't afford to have a servant, then he would have to do it very carefully.

Smiling is wrong. It is myth that hair continues to grow after you die. Nothing does - the skin contracts making it look as if hair grows.
