It hurts at first. Really bad? That depends on a couple of things. First off, what is your threshold for pain? More than that though, you need to be relaxed, and she should use lots of good lubricant. Make sure she is using a water-based lube, as petroleum based lubes like Vaseline are harmful to condoms. She might start by inserting something smaller, like a finger, and getting you comfortable with that. Once she is inside you, the movement should be pleasurable. The pain you will likely experience is mostly related to the initial insertion. Good luck...go slow and it will be just fine.

take it slow and use lots of lube. it does feel really good once you can relax. Usually i get it halfway in and then have to stop. This is when im about in tears but it is worth it. The second try gets it in all the way and once its in there he can pound away and it doesnt hurt at all. There are a few positions where it hurts because he is going to deep but all you have to do is say something. the only things to remember are relax, take a deep breathe and be sure to use plenty of lube. i suggest astroglide but if you find any silicone based lubes they make it feel a little more natural for the top (if youre barebacking at least).And make sure you "purge" yourself first too. Its not a big problem but it is more comfortable and there is less of a chance of making a mess or making the room smell like ***. Also, once you have done that be sure to clean yourself well, maybe even give yourself and anal douche if you have the resources.

It will hurt at first, there are a lot of factors though: How big she is, if she's ever done this with a 'virgin' before etc. It's already been said before, lots of lube, stick a finger or two up there first to loosen up.
Also I'd rec commend using poppers the first time, a bit controversial I know but it really will help you to enjoy the experience. Finally, take a dump before, it's easier if you are empty.
The first time may be good or uncomfortable but it gets quite pleasurable after a few tries. :-)
