i need to know for my college coures but cant find it anywhere on the internet or in any books

Depends on the age of the child. For a newborn baby, the World Health Organisation recommend exclusive breast feeding for the 1st 6 months. I've put a link to an article about weaning babies which may help.

You can't have looked very hard, the world is awash with information on baby nutrition. Have you ever heard of Google? It's a site which can look things up for you.
