salt and pepper some chicken smother it with harrisa sauce and grill or roast it.

Make your self a mixed salad- chop lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions - you could add grated carrot. Add some salt to taste and olive oil.

You could make some seasoned rice. Fry some onion in butter with a little oil, chop up some red and green pepper add this to the onions, let it go soft slightly, add half a teaspoon of curry powder and half teaspoon of Tumeric let it cook for about five minutes, then add the rice with salt and chicken cube that has been dissolved in hot water. (ensure that the water is about an inch above the rice), let it just come up to the boil, cover with a lid and turn the gas down real low, check if cooked after 10-15 minutes by taking a few grains of rice from the top. If not cooked and needs more water add just a little water. say enough to cover the bottom of a cup. Enjoy

I had honey and macadamia nut chicken stir fry and it was absolutely delicious!!! Why not try a warm chicken salad with a prawn cocktail side dish with chocolate coated strawberries for dessert and something extra sweet for later?
