you could pay for a pop3 email account so you can have something like email@kheme.com. yahoo and hotmail can do that for you too!

Command Prompt - This is outrageously complicated, but possible. There is one technical geek whom I know used Command Prompt to email. Check the Internet.

some internet service provider offers email account and you should make an email account on gmail.com

There is gmail.com, there are many others. Incredimail is rather fun but you do need a server. I am assuming you have one if you are online to ask the question.
