how can I tell if I am been spyed on ? when I am on the net. we have all the antispywear.?

we have all the anti spywear... but while i was talking to two people on the msn. I typed something and yet this other person seemed to know...... also they have just bought a scanner for phones..and mobile,s... they told me they can tune in to people on there fone..I am just wondering.. .is this normal?

Don't think you can be totally sure that you're not being spyed on.

yea its too bad, but you cant do anything . Even with the best spyware and antivirus you can still been spy on, and about the cell phone yes its posible to listen to other peoples stuff... pretty normal for an average person
