It depends on the degree of their eccentricity. If they are colorful, interesting, intelligent and non-lethal I embrace them! Variety is, after, the spice of life.
On the other hand, eccentricity to the extreme can indicate severe mental problems and I doubt seriously that I or anyone else is going to want to be around them more than a few minutes at a time.

Eccentric people give me no problems...they can be fascinating, filled with great info on things I would not have dreamed of. On the other hand, too far out there bores the hell out of me, and I escape as soon as I can, without being rude.
