Titan Shield is an alleged antispyware application from the makers of Spy Sheriff that uses Trojans and other malware into tricking or scaring you into purchasing it. If you are infected with this malware, your Internet Explorer home page will be reset to about:blank and display a fake Windows Security Center alert stating that you are possibly infected. When you click on the Remove Spyware button on this page it will bring you to the site antispywarebox.com which attempts to sell you either Titan Shield, Adware Sheriff, or Regfreeze Antispy. It is advised that you do not purchase any of these programs as they are all rogue antispyware applications.
This program will also create fake security alerts in the Windows taskbar stating that there are various security risks with your computer ranging from Spyware activity to spam alerts. When you click on these alerts they will bring you to the antispywarebox.com site as well.
I would download this tool to remove:

TITAN SHIELD IS ACTUALLY REALLY FAKE FIREWALL CREATED BY FAKERS AND DECEIVERS ON THE NET.
Spysherrif is also some of the fake anti-virus, anti-spyware or firewall programs that will trick you for purchasing it andt hen bring more viruses on your computer.
This virus is called rootkit. Rootkit has many versions created by an unknown gang of cyber terrorists. The spyware knows where you are, and then knos how many computers you have in a LAN. Watch out!
Then when you open IE the browser home page is hi-jacked and turned to about:blank (which means it's a page from your pc), and then go to a fake security center. It's obvious because there is no microsoft seal of guarantee and microsoft logo and it's different from windows security center.
Ignore them, reformat the pc. It's what i do. happened to me one. I realy hate rootkit.
