People do exist who are without any morals of any kind. They are called depraved of the mind. You cannot call them mentally ill because they do things with their full consciousness. They are fully aware of what they are doing. They are very sane people without any kind of morals.

If someone were immoral, they would know the difference between morality and immorality. If someone is amoral, they have no understanding of morality at all. They do not have a moral code they live by.
A moral code is a set of very personal rules which we live by. It defines what they find as acceptable behaviour in various situations. Most of us find walking naked in public unacceptable; it is against our moral code, despite thet fact it is illegal. If it became legal tomorrow, most of us would still find it to be unacceptable behaviour.
Most people's moral code even governs what they think about. They feel guilty or shameful about some kinds of thoughts that they may have. A person's moral code is usually determined by the morals with which they are raised during childhood.

evil people have morals, they are not the same morals as the majority of the rest of society but they are morals to them.
i also don't believe in evil people, they are just really screwed up in the head. it's not like they are evil with no reason, they have a reasoning for their acts and they think they are doing the right thing, at least at the time. this doesn't stop me from hating them.

Well I personally don't believe that there are people with a complete total disregard for others. some pychologists believe that pathological liars can never have a moral network because there is something in them that does away with consequence and affect on others.
I would think that there is some kind of mental imbalance in these types of people that causes them to completely disregard the feelings of others

Definitely. Most evil people rationalize excuses and even reasons why their evil acts are moral.
But there are others (sociopaths) who seem to be missing that part of their minds. They make no excuses and don't have any sense of guilt or empathy. They just do whatever impulse strikes. They are profoundly insane by any standards, and can never be cured. They can blend in very well because they understand what society expects as normal behavior. This makes them extremely dangerous.

No-one is without morals. The point is the definition of morals - yours or theirs. Even evil people have their own code of morals, however twisted or depraved. Other people abide by the general moral code (as opposed to the highway code!) by which we try to live decent and honest lives.

Every one has their own Morales,It is weather they fit into society such as some people think it is ok to steal from people,Well they know it's wrong but justify it with them self's some how.Even the likes of the tallieban justify they actions through god but they must know killing hundreds of innocent people is wrong!
Most people know what good Morales are it is weather they have enough discipline to live by them!
