Where do users go to search something? The Search Engines such as yahoo and google. So, make sure you submit your webpage link to all the major search engines. For instance, go to www.google.com/addurl/ to add your web site URL to google.
Also, include your website address in your business cards.
You can also advertise in newspapers mentioning your webpage address.

The best way is to add your website URL to signuatures (e-mail/message board) then when you send/post the address will be sent of. Type sumitting the URL to other websites that are the same and have link pages and search engeines. Signing guest books are other good way. Basicly when ever you get the chance to put your URL on the web do it.

by sending emails to your friends, be a member to forums that may relate to your keywords, gather backlinks (inviting other websites to publish your textlink)
