The best way to cope with jealousy is to look at your own life and remind yourself of your blessings. All jealousy is, is simply wanting something that someone else has. It's all a mind game and all you have to do is outsmart it. Jealousy makes us feel so bad about ourselves. You have to just look at the things you have, the people that mean the most to you. But most importantly you have to ask yourself, "Do I really want what that other person has?" I mean, do you? Try seriously putting yourself in someone else's shoes. You might realize they don't fit quite right.

Find out why you are jealous and dont run from it, instead face it head on, tell some one you are jealous, maybe talk to someone. theres so many ways to cope, i just learned over 500 coping skills, vent, write morbidly of what you would like to do that person you are jealous of, its rather fun...

Try never to be jealous. If it is about a relationship, the person you are with should always make you feel like like you are #1. And if it is about material things, appreciate what you have. And work toward what it is that you want. Be happy in who you are, and what you have. Some people have it alot worse!

Dump it, him, her.
Learn some head games, or prepare to be someone's game.

Be ahead of their game.

What I try to avoid is the Group-Gathering Jealous Egotists, who like to sabotage what other people have built for themselves.
These are the worst, and Lazy too.
Too lazy to think of their own ideas, they put their energy into stealing your ideas, or claiming that the idea is theirs.
They don't want their cake, they want Your cake.
My advice--stay clear of this group.
And if you're one of them--do a 180*--turn around.
